Ralphs family is doing this for the next ten weeks as a competition. So far Ralph and I are doing great. I don't know what it is about this challenge but I am really excited to do it. I'm pretty sure I was just ready for a change and ready to enjoy my life more. Surprisingly, this has helped me to have more time in my day, I also feel more present and happy. My goal is to have a good healthy lifestyle before we try to start a family. I also like the flexibility of knowing I could just not get a point that day, I haven't yet though. I have had a pretty good start but we'll see if it gets harder as life gets busy again. We like it so far, especially all of the sincere appreciation:)

Lol I had to laugh at the sincere appreciation... but thinking about it.... way smart! People like to be appreciated and I'm sure it really helps in a relationship :). Good luck and I'm sure you both will sail past the 10 week mark (it takes 28 days to create a habit... just may be hard to break after that)!
What a great idea. How fun to do this as a family and to have each other. Good luck. Im sure you wont need it:)
